Refund and Returns Policy

This policy governs all purchases made through Redbros.in. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms stated below. These terms are binding and non-negotiable.


1. Strict No Return & No Refund Policy

  • Redbros.in operates under a strict No Return and No Refund policy.
  • Once an order is delivered, it cannot be returned for refund, cancellation, or cash-back under any circumstances.
  • Refunds will not be provided for:
    • Change of mind
    • Incorrect size selection by the customer
    • Color expectation differences due to screen variations
    • Minor variations in fabric, shade, or finishing
    • Delay caused by courier services beyond our control

All sales are final, except for eligible size exchange under the conditions below.


2. Limited Size Exchange (Conditional & Restricted)

We provide size exchange only, subject to strict compliance:

  • Exchange request must be raised within 3 calendar days from the date of delivery.
  • Only one (1) free size exchange is allowed per order.
  • Any second exchange request (if approved) will require the customer to bear both forward and reverse shipping charges.
  • Exchange is permitted only for the same product, subject to stock availability.
  • If the same product/size is unavailable, the customer may:
    • Select another available product of equal value, or
    • Pay the price difference (if applicable).
  • No exchange will be processed if the product is out of stock.

Redbros.in reserves the sole right to approve or reject any exchange request.


3. Mandatory Eligibility Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for exchange, the product must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Be free from stains, perfume, deodorant marks, or damage
  • Have all original tags, packaging, labels, and invoices intact
  • Be returned in original saleable condition

If the returned item fails quality inspection, the exchange request will be rejected and the product will be sent back at the customer’s expense.


4. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement (Non-Negotiable)

For any claim regarding:

  • Damaged product
  • Manufacturing defect
  • Incorrect product received
  • Design issue

A clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video is mandatory.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed outer packaging before opening
  • The complete unboxing process
  • The shipping label
  • The visible defect or issue

Failure to provide a proper unboxing video at the time of opening will result in automatic rejection of the claim, without exception.

No claims will be entertained after 3 days of delivery.


5. Shipping & Risk Disclaimer

  • Redbros.in is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, natural events, strikes, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Once the order is handed over to the courier partner, transit risk is transferred as per standard shipping practices.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or exchange.

6. Right to Refuse Service

Redbros.in reserves the absolute right to:

  • Reject exchange requests that do not comply with policy
  • Refuse service in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, repeated returns, or policy abuse
  • Modify, update, or change this policy at any time without prior notice

The version published on the website at the time of purchase will apply.


7. Final Authority

All decisions regarding exchanges and claims shall be made at the sole discretion of Redbros.in management. Such decisions shall be final and binding.
